Return Process

  Log into your Medusa account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective outer packaging to ensure the delicate materials are not damaged during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your parcel, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
